Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing or using LabFoundersHQ (the "Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Membership Plans and Subscriptions

The Service is offered under Explorer (free preview), Founding Member, and standard paid tiers. Features available to each tier are documented on the pricing page and inside the platform.

4A. LabFounders LaunchPass™ — One-Time Offer

The LabFounders LaunchPass™ is a one-time $399 digital purchase that includes access to the LabFounders Launch System™ plus 90 consecutive days of LabFoundersHQ Scale access beginning immediately upon successful payment.

Immediate digital access. Because access to software, training, and proprietary tools is delivered instantly, the LaunchPass is a digital product subject to the Refund Policy.
No hidden recurring charges. The $399 is charged once. Continued access after the 90-day period requires the customer's affirmative authorization for a separate LabFoundersHQ membership (Growth $49/month or Scale $69/month — customer selects at LaunchPass checkout).
Optional continuation. If the customer affirmatively authorizes Growth continuation during checkout or through their Billing page, we will send reminders at 14, 7, and 1 days before the 90-day period ends and provide a one-click activation link on the conversion date. Nothing is charged automatically without the customer's affirmative confirmation on the conversion day.
Cancellation of upcoming conversion. The customer may cancel a scheduled Growth conversion at any time from the Billing page. If not canceled and not affirmatively confirmed on the conversion day, the account returns to Explorer.
The LaunchPass is subject to the LabFoundersHQ Refund Policy.

5. Billing and Recurring Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on each renewal.

6. Upgrades and Downgrades

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan from your account. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Pausing and Cancellation

Eligible subscriptions may be paused for up to 30 days once per rolling year. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.

8. Founding Member Pricing and Grandfathered Access

Founding Member pricing is limited to the first 50 eligible sign-ups. Founding Members retain their introductory rate for as long as their subscription remains continuously active, subject to these Terms.

9. Explorer Access

Explorer is a free preview tier with limited functionality. Explorer accounts may be modified or discontinued at any time.

10. Acceptable Use

Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or resell the Service.
Do not interfere with security, integrity, or performance of the Service.
Do not use the Service to store or transmit unlawful content.
Do not use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others.

11. User-Provided Information and Documents

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading, you grant LabFoundersHQ a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you.

12. AI-Generated Content and Limitations

AI-generated content is produced by machine-learning models and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Do not rely on AI-generated content for any decision without independent professional verification.

13. No Legal, Medical, Compliance, Accreditation, Accounting, or Regulatory Advice

The Service is an operational management platform. Nothing on LabFoundersHQ constitutes legal, medical, compliance, accreditation, accounting, or regulatory advice. Consult qualified professionals for such matters.

14. User Responsibility for Independent Professional Review

You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and verifying any output, SOP, plan, or recommendation produced by the platform before relying on it for real-world use.

15. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your uploaded content), is owned by LabFoundersHQ and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

16. Feedback and Feature Requests

Any feedback you submit may be used by LabFoundersHQ to improve the Service without obligation or compensation.

17. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may link to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. LabFoundersHQ is not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

18. Availability, Maintenance, and Updates

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance and feature updates may occur without prior notice.

19. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or fail to pay applicable fees.

20. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LabFoundersHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

22. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LabFoundersHQ from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

23. Governing Law

24. Changes to the Terms
